~The Blizzard of 2013

In the past 2 days the weather sure did  pack a punch here in New England! We weathered the blizzard in true New England style.

Here are some of my blizzard photos.

 Since I was housebound, I started watching Season 1 & 2 of

“Downton Abbey”

A friend loaned them to me. I’m now totally hooked on this British mini series!! This was the perfect time to curl up with my  cup of coffee and a  comforter.

How many more days until Spring?

~Wonderful Winter

"Winter, a lingering season, is a time to gather golden moments, embark upon a sentimental journey, and enjoy every idle hour."
- John Boswell

I’m really trying to embrace this frosty season this year!

Here are a few of my captures. ☺
