I love taking photos of beautiful things…the following photographs ignite an inner peace in me. I hope they do the same for you.
The garden has finally woken up from it’s sleepy state.
This is an up close and personal view of a hosta plant shooting up. Life looks different from this angle doesn’t it?
I had some very close calls taking these bumble bee snaps, but that didn’t stop me!

I love anything that has a rusty weathered patina, except of course my skin!!lol!
Rambling split rail fences and stone walls are seen everywhere throughout New England, this one belongs to a family member of mine.
These wave petunias hang from my front porch. It’s been a tradition every year for my family to give these to me for Mother’s Day. The fuchsia color is so brilliant and bright, they almost don’t look real.
I love the contrast of the yellow forsythia against the backdrop of the blue sky.
I just had to bring some of this color inside.

Thank-you! I did not have the chance to go to Brimfield this week as I had to work. But...come this July when Brimfield sets up shop again I will surely be there with my camera :-)
